The siblings Franz and Lilly together run the cattle farm inherited from their father. Even though things are not going well financially, Franz is happy with being a cowboy. He enjoys the easygoing midsummer days spent with his sister on horseback, in the stables or in the pub. But Lilly dreams of more: more success, more recognition and, above all, change. Her romance with Chris, who is performing with his band at the village, comes at just the right time.
